Deoodato has one of the largest backlog of comics on our list of artists and he’s just getting better with age. David Marquez

Marquez is an American comic book artist best known for his works at Marvel such as Ultimate Comics Spider-Man, Iron Man, The Defenders, Civil War II and All-New X-Men, with writer Brian Michael Bendis as well as for his first creator-owned book, The Joyners in 3D, with writer R.J. Ryan. Many of the artists on our list have a very distinct style and Marquez is no different. However there may not be as many on our list who maintain that style while looking quite as clean.

Esad Ribic

Ribić is a Croatian comic book artist and animator, known for his work on various titles for Marvel Comics, including Loki, Silver Surfer: Requiem, Sub-Mariner: The Depths and the 2015 Secret Wars. His art on Thor helped to launch Jason Aaron’s run that continues to this day. So Ribic could probably make a living on his covers alone we are grateful he still decides to put out quality books like VS at Image.

Liam Sharp

Sharp is a British comic book artist, writer who has drawn Wonder Woman, Batman/Wonder Woman The Brave and the Bold, and currently Green Lantern with Grant Morrison. Sharp’s Green Lantern is truly a masterpiece. Channeling his inner Neal Adams and John Byrne, Sharp’s art is reminiscent of comics past and yet feels like something we’ve never seen before.
