Uncanny Avengers #1

You’ve been hearing about it for months… And now it’s finally here… Marvel NOW! (I feel like that should be accompanied with jazz hands every time I write it.) This brand new iteration of the Marvel Universe brings with it numerous new titles, the first of which comes out this week: Uncanny Avengers #1! It’s a brand new title with a brand new team and, as Shawn said a little while back, "the main villain of the book will be a newly resurrected Red Skull, except this one has the consciousness of the Red Skull circa 1944…" Sounds pretty cool.

We’ll also have a wide variety of variant covers (many of which will be at cover price), limited edition lithos to give out (which you might have seen on our Facebook page) and more! It’s the Uncanny Avengers Launch Party and it’s happening right here at Cosmic Comix. Although, as I’ve been joking, "launch party" might a little strong. Might be closer to a "loose gathering." Doesn’t matter, it’s one of the biggest releases of the year and it’s coming out this week. More on Marvel NOW! right here.
