Happy Halloween to you, the teeming millions who read Best Covers of the Day on a weekly basis! It’s a day of spookiness, cobwebs, black cats, ghosts, werewolves, Draculas and hordes of children knocking on your door and demanding their tickets to early onset diabetes. Of course, we here at Cosmic Comix are 100% getting in on the fun with our own celebration, and those of us at the Best Covers desk in particular are happy to kick things off with a Halloween themed cover!

Wait a sec… this cover isn’t Halloween themed is it. Oh well, one holiday is just as good as the next. This is the Mars Attacks "Holiday Special" after all and Halloween DOES kick off the holiday season. I’m going with it! And, most importantly, I couldn’t NOT include this one.

Soooo many (culturally insensitive and inappropriate) jokes to make… but here’s my best one so far:
