Because I don’t feel like I’ve given this series enough credit, just on a personal level, I’ll give the lead this week to Avengers vs. X-Men #5 (of 6)! It really has been good, with some of the fights being totally off the meter. And this issue promises two quality match-ups!

There’s one other AVX tie-in book this week and that’s Wolverine and the X-Men #15, which features Logan leading his own team of "classic X-Men" into battle!
The two other noteworthy X-books coming out on Wednesday are Gambit #2 and X-Treme X-Men #2. Both issues debuted last month and we still have issue #1′s for both series in stock!
Next up is Journey into Mystery #642, which marks part 1 of "Everything Burns"! We had actually thought that the last issue of Thor was the first part but this Journey into Mystery clearly says "Part 1 of 6" on the cover. At any rate, we’re looking forward to it!
Finally, there’s Avenging Spider-Man #11. Not only does it boast a solid cover by Chris Samnee, but it features art by Preacher‘s own Steve Dillon! Expect Aunt May to look not unlike Grandma Jesse Custer.
