 We’ll give DC Comics the lead once again this week, as the publisher has numerous big releases lined up, not the least of which is Before Watchmen: Silk Spectre #1! You probably saw in Rusty’s column that the first release, Minutemen, was very good and gives us high hopes for the rest of the event. Also from DC, look for Batman #10, which continues the epic Night of the Owls event! Plus, Green Lantern #10, Batman and Robin #10, Resurrection Man #10, Shade #9 (of 12) and the American Vampire: Lord of the Nightmares #1 (of 5)!
As for Marvel, we’ll give a nod to Spider-Men #1 (of 5), in which the Marvel Universe Spider-Man somehow meets Ultimate Universe Spider-Man Miles Morales! Plus, there’s some AVX action with AVX Vs. #3 (of 6), Avengers #27 and X-Men Legacy #268. Plus, Mighty Thor #15, Incredible Hulk #9, Captain America #13, Ultimate Comics X-Men #13 and more!
The biggest title from other publishers is Massive #1, the new Brian Wood book from Dark Horse Comics! There’s also Conan the Barbarian #5 from Dark Horse, Cobra Ongoing #14 from IDW, Invincible #92 from Image and much more!
