This week sees the beginning of a brand-new ongoing Spider-Man series! You’ve seen the flyers on the counter here at the store, and many of you were definitely interested in the series. Teaming up vet Spider-Man writer Zeb Wells with fan-favorite Joe Madureira, the series definitely has some talent on its side. Plus, the premise — Spidey team-up! — sounds pretty cool. Check it out!

Marvel Comics’ Avenging Spider-Man #1 comes out on Wednesday!
This Wednesday, we’re set to get a big one shot from Marvel Comics called Point One! You’ve seen many of the Point One issues already and you know they’re designed to be good jumping-on points for their respective series. Well this is a Point One issue for the entire Marvel Universe!
We’re now in the heart of the third month of DC Comics’ New 52, and by most accounts DC is doing a fine job with the relaunch. In fact, the company boasted 19 of the top 25 selling titles last month! That’s pretty huge and it demonstrates quite a mandate from the masses.
