You probably know this already, but Brian Azzarello and Eduardo Risso’s DC Comics/Vertigo series 100 Bullets is one of our all-time favorites here at Cosmic Comix. So we were double-plus happy to see that creative team back together again for a new nine-issue series (also under the Vertigo banner) called Spaceman! In a way, it sounds kind of Warren Ellis-y… but possibly with more angst? Anyway, it sounds awesome and the first issue is only $1.00! Well worth a try.

Star Wars fans know the importance of this one. Crimson Empire is a classic coming back after a long time — 10 years! — and Dark Horse is bringing out the big guns: the original creative team of Mike Richardson and Paul Gulacy. Even if you only rarely pick up a Star Wars comic, this probably is one you want.
